2007
2006
- Dec. 6: New IRAC S15 Description.
- Nov. 29: New contributed resource: automuxstripe.
- Oct 18: General freshening up of pages in advance of the Cycle-4 Call for Proposals (Nov 1), including a new pocket guide.
- Oct 17: New IRAC pmask files.
- Sep 11: New information on extended source calibration.
- Apr 21: The mosaicker PRFs are now linked under
http://ssc.spitzer.caltech.edu/irac/psf.html
These PRFs are better than the old ones for source extraction.
Even better extended PRFs are under preparation.
- Feb 3:
Observers using the new IRAC Stellar Mode, with the shortest frame times
in channels 1 and 2, please note that the sensitivities are not explicitly
listed in the Observers Manual or Performance Estimation Tool. The
1-sigma sensitivity is TWICE the value for the 0.6-sec frames, which
are already listed in both SOM and PET. (These short frames are read-noise
limited, and have the same Fowler number, so they differ only by the
inverse of the relative exposure time, which is half as long for the
0.4 sec frames as for the 0.6 sec frames.)
- Jan 20: New version of the Data Handbook.
