Feb 25 Wrong value for BUNIT in S17

Subject: Wrong for BUNIT in S17
The headers for data processed under S17 incorrectly have the BUNIT keyword
set to 'e-', when it should be set to 'e-/sec'. This applies to all 2D
products, including the final bcd.fits. Only the header is incorrect: the
data themselves are in the correct units (e-/sec). The incorrect header will
cause SPICE to display the units of an extracted spectrum as 'e-, while the
spectrum itself will be in e-/sec. This will be corrected in the next pipeline
version.
