New calibration files available for SPICE

New S15 calibration files are now available for SPICE. These are required for 
the user to extract spectra from data processed with the S15 pipeline (all the 
data currently in the archive). The update can be done directly within SPICE, 
as follows:

1-In the bottom left of the SPICE window click "Update"
2-Click "Refresh List". After a little while, you will get a list with one item: "IRS Calibration Files Set 15.0"
3-Click on the checkbox next to the item to select it
4-Click on "Update Now". SPICE does not give any indication of progress or of the success of the procedure, but it should be finished within a couple of minutes.
5-Restart SPICE
