What is available?
COSMOS-IRS is part of the larger COSMOS program (which has data from other observatories as well as Spitzer). COSMOS delivers images and source cataogs for their multi-wavelength survey data through IRSA. IRS data on the MIPS 24um selected sample were obtained in Cycle-5 and will be released also through this site and IRSA.Please note that when a Legacy team delivers enhanced data products to IRSA, the data must go through a quality assurance (QA) and ingestion process before being available through IRSA search engines, and this process does not happen instantaneously. Direct data access to a more recent delivery may contain errors that will be caught by the QA process; an IRSA search of an older delivery permits access to data that have passed the QA process. For the 55 MIPS-selected sources at z = 0.6 to 0.8 in the Cycle 5 Legacy program (PID 50286) deliverables will include :
- reduced and calibrated LL spectra.
- tabulated line measures and equivalent widths for significantly detected spectral feautures.
- aperture photometry for all sources with IRS spectra.

Getting the original Spitzer data
All of the original Spitzer data for Legacy programs are released to the community as soon as they complete end-of-campaign reprocessing (there is no proprietary period).
