NEW: All of the white papers from the workshop will be published by AIP,
in volume 943. The camera-ready versions of the papers have now been posted
on the white papers page. We will be ordering
copies of the proceedings for everyone who attended the workshop, along
with extra copies for distribution to interested parties at the Fall 2007 Spitzer
Conference and the Austin AAS in January 2008. If you want a copy, please
come visit our booth at one of these meetings. If you want a copy and
won't be at either of these meetings, please let us know at sscwarm - at -
ipac.caltech.edu and we'll put one in the mail to you when the
proceedings are available (expected in December).
