  • New version of Spot and Leopard. THIS IS THE VERSION TO USE for submitting your proposals. If your system does not auto-update, then you will need to grab and install the software.
    Major changes for this version of Spot include:
    • Proposal Submission tool --- revisions of Science Categories, user input of proprietary period for data.
    • Stellar Mode for IRAC (to be commissioned in GO3).
    • Three-color composite image visualization.
    • Input of FITS files with extensions.
    • Digitized Sky Survey (DSS) WCS error fixed in visualization.
    • Handling of GNOMONIC projection with a CD matrix in visualization.
    • PCRS source catalog overlay in visualization.
    • Access PCRS catalog directly to select PCRS peak-up target in IRS AOTs.
    • Search for AORs from approved programs within area around your target.
    • Correction of Compute Backgrounds from File error in v12.
    Major changes for this version of Leopard include batch searches for lists of targets and the ability to save visualizations (as you could already in Spot).
1 Nov 2005 -- the Call for Proposals is released today. Associated documentation has been updated semi-continuously since mid-October.
