The Spitzer First Look Survey - Ecliptic Plane Component  was executed
on the spacecraft on Jan 21st, 2004.   The preliminary report from this
survey of the ecliptic plane is now available, and includes measured
IRAC and MIPS fluxes for known asteroids, asteroid number counts, and
comparison of the observed zodiacal light with SPOT background model
predictions.  The report can be found on the Spitzer web site at:
