Subject: SIRTF: SMART now available


Dear Spitzer Observers,

We are pleased to announce that SMART is now available
on the SSC Contributed Software webpages (in the IRS section):
http://ssc.spitzer.caltech.edu/archanaly/contributed/browse.html

SMART is an IDL-based software tool, developed by the Infrared
Spectrograph (IRS) Instrument Team at Cornell University, that
allows users to perform real-time processing and analysis of IRS
data. SMART was delivered to the SSC on 7 February 2005.

The SSC staff will be learning about SMART over the next several
months as we come up to speed to fully support the software. We
encourage users to read the available documentation and report
any bugs they may encounter to the SSC Helpdesk
(help@spitzer.caltech.edu).
