Remember:

(1) the Spitzer Cycle-3 proposal deadline is on a Thursday
this year, not a Saturday:

Cycle-3 Deadline:  Thursday, February 16, 2006 1pm PST


(2) using the proposal templates is required and they
have been updated from last year so you cannot just
resubmit your old proposal verbatim!
