Science User Support staff work at the SSC in Pasadena, but also attend both the Summer and Winter AAS meetings. We also run data analysis workshops at the SSC approximately every 6 months.

Science User Support team members are also available to make visits and presentations about Spitzer and Spitzer proposal preparation on a limited basis. Such presentations are meant to efficiently inform groups of astronomers, possibly from more than one institution. Please contact the Spitzer Helpdesk at help@spitzer.caltech.edu for more information.

Individual assistance with all Spitzer-related issues is always available from our Helpdesk.
