DQA Status Flags
The following contains a description of the possible values of the "AOR Status" field in Spot and/or Leopard.

Description |
| New |
This AOR is 'new' or may have some changes compared to the AORs already in the operational database. |
| Available |
This AOR can potentially be scheduled at any time that its target is visible to Spitzer. |
| On Hold |
This AOR may NOT be scheduled at any time - AORs can be on hold for any of a number of reasons, including (most frequently) pending modification by the observer.

| Scheduled |
This AOR has been scheduled and will be observed (unless a ToO or other unexpected event disrupts operations). No changes to the AOR are possible. |
| Nominal/Releasable |
The data for this AOR meet the expectations of the observing program. No significant problems are identified. |
| Non-Nominal/No-Repeat/Releasable |
A non-nominal AOR has documented problems, but the data are useable by the program PI and/or an archive user. This AOR will not be repeated because:
1) The data meet the expectations of the program for this particular AOR;
or
2) The data do not meet the expectations of the program for this particular AOR, but the problems with this AOR have an insignificant impact on the overall program;
or
3) The AOR cannot, in any case, be re-scheduled because Spitzer can no longer support the AOR for technical reason. |
| Non-Nominal/Repeat/Releasable |
The AOR has documented problems. The data do not meet the expectations of the program for this particular AOR, however, they are of potential utility to the archive user. The data's problems will have a significant impact on the expectations of the program. The Director's office approves that this AOR be resubmitted to the scheduling pool. |
| Failed/No-repeat |
The data for this AOR are not useable by both PI and archive user. This AOR will not be repeated because:
1) The failure of this AOR has an insignificant impact on the overall program;
or
2) The AOR cannot, in any case, be re-scheduled because Spitzer can no longer support the AOR for technical reason. |
| Failed/Repeat |
The data for this AOR are not useable by both PI and archive user. The failure of this AOR will have a significant impact on the expectations of the program. The Director's office approves that this AOR be resubmitted to the scheduling pool. |
| Pre. Nom. Ops. |
These data were obtained during the earliest parts of the mission, prior to regular science operations, or "Pre-Nominal Operations." These data may not have been obtained with the same optimal settings as most science data (e.g., bias settings, best observing strategies), and so the data may need special care when processing. Proceed with caution. |
