Dear Spitzer New Views poster presenters - After a careful re-analysis of our poster room in the light of various OSHA rules, it is now clear that we simply do not have the space to allow all the New Views posters to remain up for the entire meeting. We are dividing the accpeted posters roughly in half, by subject matter, and assigning each group to two days at the conference. Group 1 will present their posters Tuesday and Wednesday, November 9th and 10th, respectively, while Group 2 will present their posters Thursday and Friday, November 11th and 12th, respectively. Everyone presenting a poster has been assigned a number to direct you to your poster board. The poster numbers have not changed since the last announcement, and they can be found on our web site by following the link to the poster page: (http://ssc.spitzer.caltech.edu/mtgs/newviews/postertitles.html). Group 1 and Group 2 posters have been assigned as follows: Group 1: posters 1-42, 46-48, 53, 55, 61-63, 114-118, 122-123. Group 2: posters 45, 49-52, 54, 56-60, 64-113, 119-121. The amount of useable area for each poster is unchanged, at 36x36 inches, maximum. Please make sure your poster fits within this area before coming to the meeting. Since you will be sharing the boards with your neighbor, it is important that you do not exceed the 36x36 inch area. The poster boards will be available starting at 8am on Tuesday, November 9th. If you have any remaining questions, please contact us at spisci1@ipac.caltech.edu. Thank you for making a poster presentation, and we look forward to seeing you at the meeting. - the LOC
